1. Banana and Oats Smoothie

Egg lovers this is for you! Whisk 2 eggs with some chopped garlic, onions, tomatoes, and some other leftover veggies, sausage/salami slices and salt and pepper to taste. Oil your pan and make an omelette. It will take four minutes to cook completely and lesser to devour.
5. Stuffed Sandwiches
Leftover sabzi can be used for sandwiches. Just mash them with a little salt and pepper. Layer in between bread slices and toast them on a hot griddle with oil or a sandwich maker.
6. Brown Bread with canned Beans
Consider brown bread, if you want to have a healthy breakfast option. Toast and smear some margarine or butter on it. Meanwhile heat the canned beans and add dry chili flakes and a little salt to taste. Have it for breakfast and you will love it.
