JetPack Aviation have been working on perfecting a JetPack since the early 1970’s, after 40 years of research and development they have come up with the JB-9, the smallest and lightest JetPack ever created.
The JB-9 has been on a number of test flights over the years and is capable of speeds over 100mph and altitudes of 10,000 feet, although the current maximum flight time is around 10 minutes. They have also started testing a new version named the JB-10.
Above is a video of JetPack Aviation‘s CEO David Mayman flying the JB-9 around the Statue of Liberty.
JetPack Aviation have said that one day their JetPack will be for sale, and maybe sooner than people think.
