WOW – Canadian Scientists Use Vodka To Send Text Messages

Researchers from York University in Toronto have invented a method of transmitting information using air atomized alcohol. In their view, such a method can be used in the future when the use of radio waves would be problematic, for example, to transfer information in sewer systems. The operating principle of this method is that the air atomized alcohol carries encrypted binary code that is in contact with a sensor, this information is processed by a controller named Arduino and translated into human-readable text.

Currently, scientists have been able to transfer information within a radius of only around 2 meters, using a household spray bottle and a fan, however, they have ambitious plans for the development and implementation of its technology.
