James Blackwood – The Raccoon Whisperer. This Canadian guy has been caring for raccoons that have mostly been orphans, they are raised and soft released back into the forest. James says the raccoons leave in the fall and in the spring to seek out new territories and start new families. Although they love his hot dogs and cookies, they aren’t totally dependent on him, they also forage in the woods.
