5. 20 October 1957: The Queen and Prince Philip meet US President Dwight D Eisenhower and his wife Mamie for a banquet at the White House

6. 4 May 1958: The Queen presents the FA Cup trophy to the captain of Nottingham Forest, Jack Burkitt, after their 2-1 victory over Luton Town in the FA Cup final at Wembley
